Return window
Unused books in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery. A return must be requested before the item is sent back.
Return condition
Returned books must be unused, unmarked, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of use, writing, damage after delivery, or other material alteration may not qualify for a refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs when returning an order because of preference, an accidental purchase, or another reason unrelated to an order error or product defect. Original shipping charges are not refundable in those circumstances.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If a book arrives damaged or defective, or the wrong item is delivered, contact info@twiguide.com within seven days of delivery. Include the purchaser's name, order email, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when applicable. Eligible cases will be offered an appropriate replacement or refund without customer-paid return shipping.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Banks and card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
